Real Estate Connection is a real estate referral network comprised of the top real estate agents throughout the country working within diverse sectors of real estate.
How does the process work?
Each lead receives an onboarding consultation, which is used to develop a client profile.
If the client is ready to sell/purchase within the next 12 months or less, the client is matched with an affiliated agent who's specialities best fit their needs.
The client profile is delivered to the agent, including name, address, phone number, and a buyer/seller questionnaire.
What information is needed?
To become an affiliated agent, all we need from you is your email, phone number, the state you are licensed to sell and any niche you specialize in.
To ensure we only refer to reputable agents, your information will be verified by a specialist.
After submitting your contact information to our agent database, you will receive a referral contract to sign.
What is the referral fee?
We take a 25% referral fee per lead.
Compensation is given through commission split after the sale is completed.
How are your leads sourced?
All leads come from a combination of target marketing, SEO, social media and email campaigns.
We focus on quality over quantity of leads, so we do not use skip tracing or similar tactics to source leads.
